  • We paid for Future techs to install everything in new computer and also paid for OneCare.  When we try to activate it keeps going to a screen to purchase another one????? We already paid for it as well as installation????

  • You will need to contact Future Techs to find out what they did to install and activate your subscription. If they installed OneCare on the PC, but did not activate and provided you with the retail package, which includes the retail PIN or key on a label behind the CD tray, you can activate your subscription by signing in with a LiveID and then selecting the option to activate with a key.
    If they activated the subscription, yet OneCare does not reflect this on the PC, then you will need to obtain the LiveID and password for your subscription that was created by Future Techs. Personally, I would go back to them for help first.
