I am having a problem downloading FIX IT Keep getting ERROR message

  Dear Customer,

        Thank you for your interest in Fix it Center(Beta). To futher find the root cause, I need some your information. Could you please tell me some information as following?
     1. Which version of your OS
     2. Which Troubleshooter or XXXX_MATS_Run.exe you run? 
     3. Did you got any details error message and error code?
     4. If you reboot your machine this issue still remain?
