problem with microsoft word 2007

Question

My Word has been working fine up until the past week or so. When I try to open, I am getting this message...
Windows Installer...The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click Ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'HomeStudentrWW.msi' in teh box below...Use source: C:\MSOCache\All Users\{91120000-002F-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C\
I have tried un-install office, which does notwork, either.
I have ran the MGA tool and these are the results

Heather,
Not a problem. I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't two machines in question.
I have reviewed your data. Everything checked out okay on your machine as far as Validation is concerned.
I suggest posting your question to the “Discussions in Windows XP General” or the “Discussions in Windows XP Newsgroups” here:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx
If you should have other non-Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum questions please visit our communities/articles/support webpage for helpful information:
http://www.microsoft.com/atwork/support.mspx
Thank you for visiting the OGA program forum.

Heather,
Thank you for visiting the Windows Genuine Advantage program forum. I am curious as to why there are two diagnostic results in your post? Post back when you get a moment.
