Cannot activate Windows 7 after re-installing it twice the same day... RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I upgraded my HDD, and as experiment installed Windows 7 using UEFI.  I was able to activate Windows without issues.

Sadly, Windows 7 + UEFI degraded the performance of my computer.  So as the experiment failed, I deleted all partitions in my HDD and installed Windows as normal (No UEFI).

This time, my computer felt smooth as always.  I tried to activate Windows, and it says that the key cannot be used to activate windows in my computer... How come?
