We are currently facing issues with Excel 2007 while connecting to SSAS 2005 server. We have excel sheets which connect to external data source (SSAS 2005) from excel 2007. The two main issues are :
1. We are having a time dimension filter in the excel and some of the values are checked and greyed out by default. It doesnt allows me to select / de-select these values if i want.
2. Another issue we are facing is about the filters in pivot tables. we have a department, class and subclass filters. When we try to add/remove subclass to the selection list, it doesnt works properly. Either it takes off other departments from the list or it just takes some subclasses off. It works really weird. Its getting more irritatting day by day.
