Folder accssing error from windows 7 machine to windows XP folder

Hi
I have a windows 2003 server and it has a share
when i try to access this folder it is working fine.
If i add one user and give access right from the windows 7 machine to this server share i am getting the below pasted error 1 message.if i click on continue i am facing the second error2 message
The user who are trying to access and giving the access rights has the full rights
if trying the same from the XP machine we are able to give the access
