  • My client purchased Windows 7 Pro upgrade that says it is designed for Windows Vista. On the side of the box it states "All editions of Windows XP and Windows Vista qualify you to upgrade" Upon running the software install the product warns Windows Vista Home cannot be upgraded you can only do a fresh install of Windows 7 and all of your Applicaations and personal data will be lost. This is not what we intended to have happen. I was hoping for a smoothe transition to a more stable operting system.

Am I doing something wrong (is there a trick involved here) or is this product clearly mislabeled?
