WSS 3.0 SP2 Admin Site Broken After Search Server 2008 Express Install RRS feed

  • I installed Search server Express in order to try and fix a searching problem and then the Sharepoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard threw an error:

    A runtime exception was detected. Details follow.
    Message: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

    Now I cannot access the Administrative webpage.  It was giving me an "unexpected exception", but I changed the web.config file to allow me to get the real problem and this is what it says:
