I upgraded Window XP to Window Pro 64 when Microsoft released the free upgrade my computer is seriously compromised and will not perform many functions, It will not download and install updates, I have tried to reset the computer but that also fails to run. How can I wipe my computer clean and start again.

Hello,
I think this problem is arises either due to Failure of hardware or some issue in software. This causes the operating system not to read any data from hardware. To Solve this issue we can use some solution are:
- Try to update your BIOS of the system
- Use any window Tool to fic the issue.
- You can use master boot to resolve the issue of hardware
