    I need to move my existing CRM 4.0 database from one SQL 2005 Std to a new SQL Ent server.......

    I will be using the same Organization Name...

    John,

     

    You need to backup both OrganisationName_MSCRM and MSCRM_Config database for reinstall using the existing database option. You may want to backup 2 report database as well if you have custom reports.

     

    On the new server, reinstall CRM by using existing database.

    you can detach and attach into new sql server.. and repair ms crm.. for more see ms crm implementation guide.

    Do I only move the OrganizationName_MSCRM database or should I also move the MSCRM_Config as well?

    And what about the ReportServer?
