CRM Outlook Client Error RRS feed

  • Sorry for the lack of details in this question but one of our Outlook 2010, MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client RU13 user is intermittently getting the following errors. On most occasions, clicking ‘continue’ seems to work for awhile but they still pop up and eventually a restart (quit) to outlook is required. We have tried a complete rebuild of the PC but to no avail.

    Not sure if anyone else have seen this types of error but any pointers would be much appreciated.

    Which CRM your are trying to integrate in Your crm outlook client online/on-premise ???

    Have you got any error messages while connecting CRM in outlook client??

    What is the event viewer error log messages ??

    Once try this..

    Uninstall the CRM outlook client and re-install the client.

    Now reconfigure the CRM in your Outlook Client and test once.
