Did you purchase an Upgrade product key or a Full Version product key? You would need a Full Version Windows 7 Professional product key.

I went to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ and the site directed me to where i had to option to purchase genuine windows ultimate, professional, or home. I went with professional because that's what I have.Thursday, February 21, 2013 6:29 PM
