Clear email router queue RRS feed

  • For some reason our email router service went down for about a month and now when we started the service up again it began sending all the mails that where created in the last month (all the mails that the crm created in this time by workflows, plugins and so on)
    Is there away to clear this so that only new mails will be send and all of the mails that where created in the last month will stay in the crm but will not be sent?

  • search for all email which have got status called "pending send" and then change their status to either completed or canceled ..

    to change the i suggest do manual workflow which sets the email status to completed..

    now do advanced find on email where status reason equals "pending send"..run the manually workflow created in above step which will chnage their status to be completed so email router will not pick them up..
