Exporting SendOnBehalf Permissions in Office365 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    I want to export sendonbehalf permissions of 10 users. The CSV has 10 email addresses and i want their sendonbehalf list. The sendonbehalf should have email address instead of display name. Having them on same line or separate line doesn't matter.

    I have this:

    Get-Mailbox messagingtest@abc.com | select @{Name=’GrantSendOnBehalfTo’;Expression={[string]::join(“;”,@($_.GrantSendOnBehalfTo))}}

    But that is getting only display names in a format Andy, Ful; Cindy, Raw etc...

    I am looking output like... Mailbox name - Users having sendonbehalf - User primary smtp

  • Look in the Gallery for examples of how to enumerate a collection  and combine elements into a new object.  This is a skill you will learn if you take the time to learn PowerShell.  It is fundamental to all usage of PowerShell beyond individual commands.
