    Get a lcd monitor with 15 inch its good...
    Instead of investing in ordinary monitors go for lcd..
    Its little bit costly but its better.
    It reduces the consumption of power too.
    Samsung is somewhat good when compared to other monitors...

    dear friend definitely go for a flat screen, the problem with LCD screens is poor visibility but they r really friendly to ur eyes. in our college we have all the computers with LCD screen, so i tell u my experience bout HP LCD monitors in any case go for a TFT screen. best of luck

    go for a flat screen monitor of 17 inch. check that it should have high refresh rate. higher refresh rates keep eyes good for long term.

    well i agree with sanket... go for a flat panel tft monitor.. cos it has higher cone angle and better image clarity... but technology doesn come free my friend!!!! u have to pay more!!
