Getting "This computer is not running genuine windows" on 3 year old HP desktop

Question
-
3 year old desktop, a few days after installing the latest patches, I am getting validation warnings. I haven't tried uninstalling patches. Going back to the HP recovery system is not an option. Ran sfc /scannow, no errors or warnings. Here is MGDdiag.exe output below. What can be done?

The problem here is different.
Close all open windows.
Open an Elevated Command Prompt window, and type the following command
wusa /uninstall /kb:971033
and hit the Enter key
Accept the warnings/confirmations, and wait for it to complete
copy and paste the output (if any) from the command prompt window to a reply here,
Reboot
reinstall the update from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971033
Reboot
run another MGADiag report, and post it.

I don't see a trace of KB3004394. Maybe the patch was pulled before I ran update.
