I just wan to know how can I trigger the SLA without set as default?
I Created SLA call incident3, and it just a very simple condition to trigger the SLA. But it still not working after I activated the SLA. it only work when I set it as default (Cannot be only 1 defaults, because I have more than 1 SLA I need create into
CRM).
