Icons in outlook client RRS feed

    One of my clients has a problem with his outlook client. The CRM related icons for all the different entities just show up as regular folder-icons.

    Did some research on google, couldn't find a thing.

    Anybody?

    Few Questions?

    • CRM 4.0 or 2011?
    • Outlook Version?
    • IE Version?

    And moreover, is the same-setup works for the other users(if any)

    I've the same problem. In every list I have the same CRM icon (but i see always the contact icon not the account icon).

    Here's the details:

    • CRM Version: 2011 (on premise) Italian language
    • Outlook Version: 2010
    • CRM Outlook Client with Offline Functionalities
    • IE 9
    • Nobody has my problem (other users use the Outlook Client with offline functionalities)
    • Our CRM 2011 Solution was migrated from 4.0
    • I've tried to upgrade my Outlook Client, I had some problems so I've uninstalled old client (also related SQL instance)
    • I've tried to uninstall/reinstall the client to solve icons problem but it didn't work
