windows one care 90 trial RRS feed

  • Question

  • When trying to run virus scan on windows one care, it freezes up at 61%.  It has also cause all kinds of problems with email freezes and makes my system slower and slower.  I am a inexpenced senior citzen and use my computer and would love to try 90 free trial, but if this problem can not be resolved, I will remove it.  Running  windows xp home.

    Can you help???

  • I have moved your post to the antivirus topic folder.

    What you are describing sounds like you may still have other security software installed or at least not completely removed from the PC and it is conflicting with OneCare. If you aren't sure of how to troubleshoot, looking for remnants of your previous security program (such as McAfee or Norton), you can contact support:
