i am trying to install one care on my pc. i already have it on my new vaio it keeps giving me this error id 0023-80070643

i am already a member to windows one care but my pc is about 5 years old. but anyway i am trying to make a circle between my vaio & pc & keep getting this error id 0023-80070643 PLEASE HELP I AM VERY UPSET THANK YOU

If you previously had Norton or McAfee installed run the uninstall tool before attempting to install One Care.

Norton uninstall tool - http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

McAfee uninstall tool - http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

After One Care is installed you will be able to have both computers in a One Care Circle.
