In order to be eligible for the Bonus Pack, you must purchase a new computer from a select list of system builders that install an OEM version of Windows Vista. Unfortunately, you do not qualify since you have a retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate edition installed according to your MGA report. Please review the following:How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/Thursday, May 10, 2007 2:27 AMModerator

Hi im2uber,
It is very possible that ibuypower.com sells machines with OEM System Builder versions of Windows pre-installed, as well as selling retail copies. Part Numbers for eligible versions are available on this page: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

I was called (ya know the phone) by a MS rep who ointed me to this, I installed my action pack vista business version, I am OEM, VAR and more, my AP key failed, I then contaced MAPS for a resolution, they provided me with a new key according to the tool it tells me I have a retail copy and am not eligible for this promo either. Why would MS rep contact me hav 15 min coversation about this direct me to join and then not be eligible? He also stated they only contact OEM's I searched for my company in the "find OEM's" and We are not listed which pisses me off, I have been with the AP since it's inception, brick wall here, brick wall there...so WTF?
All I need is a RAL reasolution, not a try this try that.
MS needs to contact me, i have no time to play games.
