Strange OC & IM Issue

  Hello,

   

  I just deployed OCS and installed OC on a few of my guys laptops.  They can IM one another fine howver, when I launch OC from my laptop, I can see all the presence information but when I either double click or right click a user and select "instant message", it will not open up a window to IM someone.  Same thing if I try to from within Outlook 2007.  If I RDP into a Server and launch OC, it works so I know it's tied down to my laptop.

   

  Anyone have any clue?
