Permission Denied when trying to save a case RRS feed

  • We are randomly getting Permission Denied errors.  Here is the Log file:

    This is beginning to happen to all the Customer Service Reps, and all have permissions on Cases for Organization. Using Outlook2007 client

    Any ideas on the cause and a solution?

  • Check to see if their role has "AppendTo" privileges on 'User' (Business Management tab)
