  • Are any of your workflows working?

Do you have any plugins in your environment?  - if so, can you disable them and see if they are causing the problem.

Have you updated your CRM implementation with new server/new ports recently?

Did this begin recently?/What changed or what has been installed recently?

  • There are no workflows or plugins.

Trace details are in first post.

The problem has been solved by my client's administrator.
I don,t know how he solved it yet.
If I find out, I will post it here.

    Thanks for your help.
