    Same here. It is such a powerful tool but in its current version it is not very useful for automated workflow (by batch-files or similar.)

    I know that I can created "input" files with .spj extension and start with command line using this file, but that does unfortuantely not

    - ignore the UI (i.e. do not display it)

    - automatically start the stitching

    - automatically save the result

    I can live with the first problem, but the other two are unfortunately real show stoppers. 

    PLEASE make a command-line extension to the software. PLEASE, PLEASE!
