  • so far your program is a waste of money. worked fine as a 90 day trial but the moment i paid your program became hell. you can't in all good faith be offering this as a good product, how do i get my money back?

  • Without knowing what your problem is, I can only advise that a refund for a subscription activated online can be obtained by contacting support and canceling the subscription and a retail refund in North America can be obtained by calling 

    North American Retail Product Refund at 1-888-673-8624
