Unable to create a new Shared Folder

  Hi there, 

     I am running a WHS installation that I installed about 2 months ago.  Yesterday I encounted an unusual error.  I tried creating a new shared foler through the Dashboard but I went through the wizard to name it and set user permissions and then at the end I get a window that tells me that "Add new Shared Folder" process was not completed successfully.  I tried to restart the Dashboard and then the server but no luck.  I also tried to create the folder through the dashboard client on my laptop and through Remote desktop but still nothing.  There are no other error message so I am not sure how to start figuring out to fix this problem.  Anyone encounter the same problem and have any ideas?
