Baloon Notifications from Live One Care RRS feed

  • Question

  •

How can I turn off the seemingly endless messages that appear in little baloons telling me what the Live One Care Application has done?  I find them very distracting and of little (if any) value.

    Thanks.

  • The messages from OneCare can be annoying and as Mikro noted, they may be reducing the messages, but you will still see the OneCare is up to date, tune-up is starting and the like. You cannot turn off the display of the messages yourself, unfortunately.

  • I think it should be up to the user to decide if she wants to be spammed by Onecare (or any other application) with notifications.

Imagine your car would start blinking red everytime the fan comes on to cool your radiator.

If OneCare is good enough, there should be no need for any notifications.

  • While this was true for the 1.x versions, the 2.x versions are very quiet.  I hardly know it's there at times.
