  • I have asked for service on my one care through the net multi times now and have not got any help. Someone have a phone number or a direct email address for service? Or a direct chat? Thanks

    If you have a paid subscription for OneCare see the blurb below. Email support is only available for the trial version.

     

    If you have purchased a subscription, suppoort can be obtain here:

    1 .     Click Contact support in the middle of the webpage

    2 .     Click Contact Support  in the bottom right corner of the webpage

    3 .     Click Get support

    4 .     Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble

    5.     Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.

  • I have a paid subscripttion but had trail on my cpu while I was looking for support. Thanks for your help.

    Not a problem. I believe while following the steps above, you will be asked some questions in regards to if you paid for your program. Based on how you answer the questions, it should guide you to the support you are entitled to.
