I have a PersonalAV in my computer that was not put there by myself. It will not let me delete it and now my computer is telling me that I have a pile of critical system warning. One of them is that I have Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy, another is bloodhound.PDF.8. I cannot get any of this out of my computer, my antivirus is telling me there is nothing wrong.

I think there are more than one version of Personal Antivirus scareware because many people still can't remove this infection although there are even free removal tools like MalwareBytes or ComboFix. However, you should scan your PC with MalwareBytes anti-malware or use the following manual removal guides:
