Shortcut is not functioning at very first time, exe created with WIX ?

We have created an exe using WIX, everything is working fine but after implementation Auto Launch the application after installation option enabled. And it is functioning once we quit the application but at very first time application is not opening after launching the application from the installation with the Auto Launch option.
