     Can anyone tell me as how can i apply for MCTS 70:433 exam. How to register myself and appear?

    All the details for this exam can be found at the Microsoft Learning Portal.  One the right-hand side you'll see a "How to get it" section with a link to Prometric where you can register or login to schedule the exam.

    What do you mean apply ? Anyway, there are 100's of way to regisiter and write exam for certification. Through by 3rd parties site or direct from microsoft portal. Easy way contact with some institue who can offer you to study material + appear exam.
