  • Since you are apparently infected by spyware/adware at this point and OneCare is running, please contact support for help with removal and to report what infection was allowed in -

  • Sir,

I am not a rat in a maze. I go to your reccommended web addresss and it send me to another which sends me another which sends me to another. Eventually I somehow end up at onecare live. I have yet to find a live person there. Meanwhile these pop ups are getting worse. How do I get a refund, so I can find a product that works and provides true support.

  • Jerry, as I noted in my FAQ post, I dislike the support fow immensely. It does work, however, most of the time.

If you have a subscription that can be validated, you will be presented with the support options for your country.

If it does not do this for you, email me at sboots@mvps.org, include "OneCare" in the email subject line, tell what country you are in, and copy this link to the message body - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2807963&SiteID=2

I will get you directed to support.
