I have Genuine Advantage Kit for Windows XP Professional from microsoft.com and Office Home and Student 2007 purchased at Staples. When I tried to install Microsoft Add in, the message keep saying that I failed the Validation test. So, as your suggestion, I run Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool. The report says....

I do beleive that my copy of software is Genuine, but could you explain why I keep failing the validation test?
