  • Go to http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/members/default.htm ,use the link that says"view or update your account and billing information" and verify your subscription end date. Open the One Care console>help>about and verify the subscriber ID is the same as the ID on your subscription. Check to see that the date and time is set correctly on your computer.

  • If you reinstalled OneCare or installed OneCare on another PC, you need to activate OneCare. It appears, based on the message that your "trial" has expired, that you did not activate OneCare with your subscription LiveID.

If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

How to reach support (FAQ) - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate.
