Weird issue on CRM 2011 import customization RRS feed

  • Hi

    I removed three attributes from the contact entity in the dev environment and published them and ensured that the change is reflected. Tehn I export all customizations and re-import them to teh QA environment, publish them on the QA env, but the attributes are available in QA. Don't know what I am missing. Any clues?

  • Hi,

    If in QA environment the attribute already exists then it will not be deleted automatically (you have to delete it manually from QA environment also) or unless you have a entity in a Managed Solution in QA environment and you will overwrite the Managed solution with one exported from development environment.
