  I really would like to update to Service Pack 2 or Service Pack3 on my Mircosft Window XP Home Edition 2002 Version. I have try everything. I did the update to update and to let me know after it up updated.  It will not even let me up grade to Internet 8. Even Fix It could not help me because I have Service Pack 1. I had to restore the computer to the Factory Default and it restored it to Service Pack 1. I did all of this today about 2pm. I want to put McAfee Anti-Virus and it won't let me. I also want to install Office Standard 2007 & it won't let me. Please help me.
