    Hello Sir,

        My question  is that i am doing job as technical sales at very low level and now i want to do job in networking and server support. thats why i want to do somekind of it course. and i heard regarding MCSE. Should i enroll in that course if i want to go in this particular field ? or what else option i have ?

    i have lot of confusion .

    Hi Bobby,

    Depends on your IT experience and knowledge.  For beginners wanting to get into support, you could consider the MTA.  Then from here progress to the MCSA then MCSE as your experience and knowledge grows.  More info here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/learning/certification-overview.aspx#bcc-section.
