Field for comma separated tags is missing

  Windows XP and Windows Livw Writer version 14.0.8117.416

  In my desktop, botton of main screen there are 3 fields: Categories, Tags, and Publication date, but in my laptop the Tags' field is missing.

  What can I do to make it show up?
