( 1. I have come to know that the self paced training books of 70-433 and 70-448 will not be available until March 2009!!! The exams are also scheduled on October and December 2008. Does that mean I should go for SQL Server 2005 exams if I need to prepare for certifications ASAP? Could you please advise?)
I would say yes because SQL Server 2008 will RTM later this year so it will not easy to prepare for these exams before next year.
(2. Is there a microsoft exam which deals with analysis and development of ER diagrams and the entire analysis stage (before developing the DB)?)

No Microsoft sells Visio a relational design tool but there is no ERD design exam because that area of RDBMS deals with relational algebra and Microsoft only provide information as needed. What I mean is Microsoft will still not tell you updating a JOIN is invalid because JOINS are idemponent, the BOL only tells you updates using the From Clause is not determininstic.
(3. Except exams related to business intelligence (such as 70-448 and 70-452) are there any other exams that deal with knowledge management?)
I would think if you have MCITP for both BI and the developer or admin you should be able to do most SQL Server projects.
I think you need to take the SQL Server 2005 exams now and take the exams for SQL Server 2008 late 2009. That is my opinion I have passed the MCTS exam 70-431 and the two BI exams 70-445 and 70-446.
