Windows ten cannot find my remote NAS drive RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a wireless network and the Nas drive is connected to the wireless network. It has worked well before windows 10 and also for a couple of months since I installed windows 10. I save everything back to the NAS drive, and back up there. This gives me access to all my files anywhere in the world.

Yesterday I got error message 0x80070035 that there may be a problem with my network. I now cannot save or back up to the NAS drive as it stands with windows 10.

I using a levono W540 laptop and bt wireless internet and windows 10. Next to this I have a dell 1720 Inspiron (8 years old running windows vista) and it has not problem connecting to the NAS and has always been faster than the leveno! even though I bought the levono to replace it and carry out AutoCad and Sketchup modelling.

The NAS drive is a Seagate 2TB.

Any ideas How I can reconnect to the Nas drive and speed up the Levono laptop?
