    Hi,

    we're from the International Business School of Jönköping in Sweden and have an idea that could interest Microsoft, in particular Skype. 

    Our idea would help Skype enter the online-education industry, and could provide a basis for cheap and accessible education. Who can we contact to get information on how to proceed?
