MC ID duplicate

  Hi all

  My problem is that with my last exam 070-648 taken on 29-july-2013 I received a new MC ID (10223943) associated at Windows Live ID  claudio.adami@hotmail.com.

  (Beside that in the email I got it there is no access code that is required to log in the first time and even if I ask for a new one in the microsoft web page form nothing happen, I wrote to my regional support center (Italy) and they wrote me to call a number in the USA!!!!!!!!!)

  All my old exams are associated with MC ID ( 2911026) with Windows Live ID  "greenlizard64@hotmail.com".

  I need to merge the two IDs into only one with either greenlizard64@hotmail.com or claudio.adami@hotmail.com

  as associated Windows Live ID.

  How can I do that?
