Mail Merge Templates Permissions RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have an issue where a user cannot access the Templates area in CRM Settings.

    The 'Customization' and 'Custom Settings' areas are available, but not 'Business', which contains 'Business Management', 'Templates', 'Reports', and 'Product Catalog'.

    Are there specific permissions that are required to make the 'Business' area available?

  • Hi,

    To see that section there are lots of rights that you may apply to the security role. For example, mail merges, email templates, business closures, currencies, ... The user should have at least  read access to see these settings.
