following situation:
Windows Server 2008 R2, Hyper-V: different VMs use the same BasicDisk
The disc space of one vm was to low. So I took a copy of the dynamic basic disk, expand it and saved it to a new location. Now I have to change the parent location of the differencing
disk - but I can't find any good way. In fact, I can export the vm to another host, import there the vm, and use the inspect disk method, then I go the way return. But there must be a better way, perhaps with powershell.
Can someone help me!
Thanks a lot!
