Build 6002 This copy of Windows is not genuine

For a while now I have had a message at the bottom of my desktop telling me my copy of windows is not genuine i have tried to fix thsi with a full system restore but the problem reoccurred i have also tried a partial system restore and some other possible solution i have read on the web with no luck. i have also been unaible to update but i assume this is because of the not genuine message.

The only thing I see wrong is that Windows doesn't appear to be activated.
Notification Reason: 0xC004F009 (grace time expired).
What happens when you do an Activation by Phone.(If you can't find how to start the Activate by Phone wizard, click the Start button and type: slui 4 hit enter and then follow the directions)
