Attribute 'rules' on entity 'workflow' is deprecated RRS feed

  • I created workflows for test and I have been trying to delete them now. There occurs an error when I delete them and the error message reports "Attribute 'rules' on entity 'workflow' is deprecated". I tried bulk deleting it too but did not work.

     

    Can you please help ?

  • Hi try the following solution:


    If the auditing is enabled – if it is try disabling the setting .

    1. Go to Settings | Customization | Customize the System
    2. Entities | Process
    3. Uncheck Auditing on the General tab
    4. Save and publish
    5. Go back to Settings | Process Center | Processes
    6. Choose a workflow and try to activate or deactivate it

    After prblem solving you may turn on the Auditing.

  • Can you post the entire error message you get? (click on the Download Log button in the error dialog or check server traces)
