    1. non-AD users, can they connect using Office Communications 2007? Or must they use a web based office communications?

    2. Is Live Meeting built into OCS 2007 (without needing extra license)?

  • Re Non-AD users - no they can't connect directly inside your organisation. If they belong to a federated company (ie in their AD but not yours) then they can connect. Also external users coming in via PIC can connect - but PIC is not free!

    Re Live Meeting - my understanding is that you need an Enterprise CAL to use the server based Live Meeting service (aka web conferencing).
