Yes - passing those two (2) exams along with 70-640 will give the title

Perhaps you are interested in earning the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 title. This title retires on July 31, 2014! You will have to hurry to earn this title by passing five (5) exams listed here:

Alternately, if you want to earn the latest MCSE title for Windows Server 2012 R2, you will need to pass the five (5) related exams. There are several MCSE titles to choose from, shown here:
