HPC Job Manager reports "The read operation failed, see inner exception." RRS feed

    After attempting to install the HPC Pack on a new PC, when I open the HPC Job Manager it fails with "The read operation failed, see inner exception."   We've only had this issue on one machine.  If you need more information I can provide it.

    Hi,

    How did you install HPC Pack on this PC? What HPC role had you installed?

    Are your PC domain joined? Did you run HPC Job manager as domain user?

    Could you pack the log folder %localappdata%\Microsoft\HPC\LogFiles\JobManager on this machine and send to hpcpack@microsoft.com?
